How We Use Information
- To provide wine pairing, hosting, saved collection, and taste memory features.

Local Taste Memory
Taste Memory is local first. Your searches, saves, ratings, and cellar decisions may be stored on your device so Tannin can make more useful suggestions. You can reset Taste Memory from the app profile area. Cross-device sync should only be used when you choose to connect an account and the production sync policy is active.
Service Providers
We may use trusted providers to operate the app, host services, manage accounts, monitor reliability, and answer support. These providers may include app platform, cloud hosting, analytics, diagnostics, and account tools. They are used to provide Tannin & Taste, not to sell alcohol.
Alcohol Sales
Tannin & Taste does not sell alcohol, process alcohol orders, ship alcohol, or act as a liquor retailer. Bottle examples, prices, and availability references are educational and may vary by location.
