Subscription Terms
Web membership
Tannin Premium is purchased and managed on the Tannin website through Stripe. The price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Tannin does not offer native in-app purchases.
Automatic renewal
Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Annual membership is not currently offered. It will remain unavailable until Tannin has a counsel-approved process for advance renewal notices and post-renewal rights required by applicable law. You can cancel renewal at any time through Manage billing on the Membership page.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds required by applicable consumer law will be honoured. Additional discretionary refunds may be considered by support based on the circumstances.
Failed payments
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and Tannin may temporarily limit premium access until billing is recovered. We will not represent a failed or expired subscription as active.
