Using Tannin & Taste

Tannin & Taste provides wine pairing, hosting plans, saved collection, and taste memory tools for personal use. By using the app or website, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and only if you are of legal drinking age in your location.

Recommendations

Pairing guidance is educational and editorial. Wine availability, pricing, vintages, allergens, and local rules can change. You are responsible for checking labels, ingredients, alcohol content, laws, and suitability before buying or consuming wine.

No Alcohol Sales

Tannin & Taste does not sell alcohol, process alcohol payments, ship bottles, take title to inventory, or act as a liquor retailer. Any references to bottles, styles, prices, or regions are for guidance and discovery.

Accounts and Taste Memory

Some features require a Tannin account. You are responsible for the information you provide. Taste Memory and saved collections help Tannin remember what you like, and you can reset Taste Memory from your profile.

Memberships

Tannin Premium is purchased on the web through Stripe and renews until cancelled. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before checkout. The Subscription Terms form part of these Terms and explain cancellation, renewal, failed payment, and refund handling.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Tannin & Taste to violate alcohol, age restriction, or consumer protection laws.
• Do not interfere with the service, misuse accounts, scrape systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading.

Ownership

Tannin & Taste, including its design, brand, pairing logic, copy, and software, belongs to Tannin Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the product or brand without permission.

Changes and Availability

We may improve, update, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep Tannin reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or limited.

Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Tannin is provided without guarantees that every recommendation will suit every person or occasion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer law.
